Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeframes:

Any cancellation will be charged 20% immediately. Any cancellation customers will be charged 20% For processing fee once your card is charged through the bank You will have to pay the fee to cancel.

Refunds:

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 business days from the cancellation request.
The refunded amount will be processed minus any applicable cancellation fees.

Modification Policy:

The booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

Communication:

Cancellation requests must be communicated through the official booking platform, customer service hotline, or email. Verbal cancellations may not be considered valid.
