Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeframes:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up time: No cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: A cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time or in case of a no-show: A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

Refunds:

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 business days from the cancellation request.
The refunded amount will be processed minus any applicable cancellation fees.

Modification Policy:

The booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

Communication:

Cancellation requests must be communicated through the official booking platform, customer service hotline, or email. Verbal cancellations may not be considered valid.
